Warranty Period
All Atrius Development Group Corporation products include a one (1) year limited warranty, beginning from the ship date of your order or date sold on receipt.
Coverage
If a product or part is found to be defective within the warranty period, Atrius Development Group Corporation will, at its discretion, provide a replacement for the affected product or part.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Products not purchased in the United States in “New Condition” from an authorized Atrius Develop Group Corp Authorized Dealer.
- Damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from improper installation, corrosion, accident, act of nature, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized product repair, modifications or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
- Use in industrial, commercial, and/or professional applications
- Criminal misuse, negligence, or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Use of product outside of the United States
- Normal wear and tear.

Be prepared to provide your order number and supporting images or video files.
Our Product Support Specialists will review your ticket, help troubleshoot compatibility issues if applicable, and provide instructions for receiving your replacement product or part if necessary. If your purchase was made with a dealer or third party and you have a defective item, Atrius Development Group Corporation will still provide product support with proof of purchase from the customer. All exchange(s) or refund(s) are to be handled by the original seller of the product.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Atrius Development Group Corporation is not liable, under any circumstances, for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss, injury, death, or property damage, whether as a result of breach of this warranty, negligence or otherwise.
