Warranty Period
All Atrius Development Group LLC products include a one (1) year limited warranty, beginning from the ship date of your order or date sold on receipt.
Coverage
If a product or part is found to be defective within the warranty period, Atrius Development Group LLC will, at its discretion, provide a replacement for the affected product or part.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Products not purchased in the United States in “New Condition” from an authorized Atrius Develop Group LLC Authorized Dealer.
- Damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from improper installation, corrosion, accident, act of nature, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized product repair, modifications or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
- Use in industrial, commercial, and/or professional applications
- Criminal misuse, negligence, or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Use of product outside of the United States
- Normal wear and tear.
How to Submit a Claim
To submit a ticket claim, send an email to techsupport@atrius.dev within the warranty period. Please include:
- Your Order # or proof of purchase.
- Photos of the defective product or part.
Our Product Support Specialists will review your claim, help troubleshoot compatibility issues if applicable, and provide instructions for receiving your replacement product or part. If your purchase was made with a dealer or third party and you have a defective item, Atrius Development Group LCC will still provide product support with proof of purchase from the customer. All exchange(s) or refund(s) will be handled by the original seller of the product.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Atrius Develop Group LLC is not liable, under any circumstances, for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss, injury, death, or property damage, whether as a result of breach of this warranty, negligence or otherwise.
Atrius Development Group LLC is not responsible for any modifications you make to your firearm.
Any unauthorized modifications made to Atrius Development Group LLC products will void this warranty.
