Shipping Lead Times:
Because of the tremendous success of our brand and new product launch, current lead times is 4 weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and support. If you are unhappy with the lead time please email us at refunds@atrius.dev for immediate assistance. The Atrius Team is currently just a ragtag group of guys who all still have regular day jobs on top of trying to serve the gun community with this amazing product. All Atrius Development Group products are shipped from our distribution center facility in the Midwest.
Carrier Issues:
It's not uncommon for packages to get lost, delayed by seasonal weather, damaged, or even stolen. These events are out of the Atrius Team’s control but should your order become affected in any of these circumstances, please contact our Customer Service Team for support.
Undeliverable/Rejected Packages:
In the event a package is undeliverage and returned to Atrius Development Group due to delivery issues, we will make an effort to contact you. Upon confirmation of an undeliverable order, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Please note that rejecting receipt of a package without prior approval or acknowledgement from Atrius Development Group is deemed as returning the package. Such actions may result in a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, any incurred fees and shipping charges will be re-billed to the customer and may be deducted from any applicable refunded amount.
Tracking Number Issues:
If your package’s tracking number does not show any movement after 2-3 business days please notify us immediately and allow Atrius Development Group 10 business days to conduct a thorough investigation with the carrier.
If the package has not been delivered within this time frame, it will be considered lost/missing/stolen and a claim will need to be made with the carrier.
Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped out. If the order has been shipped out you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
