Return Policy & Instructions
All items sold by Atrius Development Group LLC are guaranteed free from defects. If the item you received from us is defective in any way, we will make every effort to replace it or give you a full refund including shipping costs if returned within 60 days of receipt.
Any product, unused, unopened, may be returned within 60 days from the order ship date for a refund if purchased from Atrius Development Group LLC not from a third party or dealer, and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are processed typically within 5-14 business days after receipt of product and inspection. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to the error of Atrius Development Group, LLC.
To request a return, please have your order number ready and contact the Atrius Development Group LLC customer service department via email at refunds@atrius.dev.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number issued by Atrius Development Group LLC customer service. Packages without a valid return authorization number will be returned to the sender.

Atrius Development Group LLC accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
SHIPPING AND SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
When placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is the same as your billing address and that it is accurate and correct. Once your order has been shipped, no further modifications to your order can be made.
Orders containing items that are unable to be fulfilled due to restrictions in your jurisdiction will be cancelled. Orders that are cancelled due to this type of restriction will be refunded. It is your responsibility to know your jurisdiction’s laws regarding such items.
Orders that are received back at our facility as undeliverable or refused will be refunded, minus shipping fees.
Atrius Development Group LLC does not ship internationally or restricted states.
Restricted States: CA, CT, DE, FL, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NV, NY, RI, WA, D.C., No US Territories.
ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
Items cannot be added to your order once it has already been placed. Items may only be removed from your order. Order change requests will likely result in a processing and shipping delay. We are not able to make any changes to your order once it has been picked up by the courier.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please have your order number ready and contact customer service via cs@atrius.dev.
