Introducing the Atrius Ambidextrous Forced Reset Selector. The complete, end-to-end, no gimmick safety that is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

This is the most robust solution on the market that enables the user to have 3 positions; SAFE, SEMI (Traditional) and SUPER-SEMI. This Ambi Forced Reset Selector (FRS) is compatible with mil-spec AR15 (chambered in .223/5.56/.300 BLK) fire control groups and no modifications required. HOW TO ENSURE RELIABLE OPERATION:

  • This product was designed for mil-spec triggers that do not have a relief cut (that means the rear of the bottom half of the trigger - not the hammer, must be completely squared off. No u-notch.)
  • Your AR-15 lower receiver must have an FA Pocket OR Low Shelf
  • You must use an FA bolt carrier group
  • It is strongly recommended to only use an H2 or H3 buffer weight

COMPATIBILITY NOTICE:

  • Certain platforms, such as AR9 variants, may require professional gunsmithing to ensure proper function of the selector lever.

  • Firearms modified to "Super Safety" specifications may not be compatible with components designed for our FRS system, as the Atrius Safety Device features a solid lever cam design.

  • The Super Safety system incorporates a 15-degree tolerance due to its dovetail construction, which may allow for limited over-travel before the cam surface disengages from the trigger bar.

  • Selector Screw and Torque Spec: T10 screw, 4/40 thread, McMaster-Carr spring (9657K619). We recommend 15 in/lbs with blue loctite only. 

  • Please Note: This Atrius FRS will not work with AR-10(LR308)/SR-25 platforms without significant gunsmithing. In the near future we will be coming out with a model specifically catered to these platforms. 

  • Important: All modifications should be performed by a qualified gunsmith. Improper installation or unauthorized modification may result in malfunction or unsafe operation.
